Spooky Skull-Shaped Pizzas: A Halloween Treat for All Ages!
Halloween is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate this spooky season than by making some delicious and eerie skull-shaped pizzas with your family? Ingredients
- 1 can of Pillsbury pizza dough
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings)
- Cooking spray (for greasing the pan)
- Skull pan
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and set them out on your kitchen counter. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready when we’re done preparing the pizzas.
Step 2: Shape the Skulls
Roll out the Pillsbury pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. You can use a rolling pin to make it easier. Roll it into a rectangle of even thickness. Using your skull-shaped pan, press it into the dough to create skull-shaped pizza crusts. Reserve the other half of the dough for later.
Step 3: Add the Sauce and Cheese
Fill the skull-shaped pizza cavities. Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce into each skull, leaving a small border for the crust. Be sure to distribute it evenly.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, and then add in your toppings.

Using the rest of the pizza dough, cover the ingredients in the skull and pinch the sides together. It’s ok if there is small gaps they will bake together as the dough expands.
